- Identify, communicate, and actively resolve material availability risks that could impact NPD build schedules or system deliveries.
- Review and process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and MRB dispositions, ensuring timely incorporation into build plans and material strategies.
- Expedite materials as needed, coordinating closely with Procurement, Suppliers, Warehouse, and Quality teams to support critical NPD builds.
- Ensure build kits and system shipments are complete, accurate, and on schedule, supporting both internal development and customer-facing deliveries.
- Partner cross-functionally to manage intercompany purchase orders and continuously improve NPD material planning and execution processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience, with direct exposure to New Product Development or NPI environments (or 3+ years with a Master’s).
- Strong working knowledge of MRP, material planning, and end‑to‑end supply chain concepts; SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting prototype, pilot, or low-volume/high-complexity builds is highly desirable.
- APICS/ASCM certification a plus.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional NPD enviornment.
