Overview:
In this leadership position, the candidate will lead and manage a team of high-performance process engineers and work closely with customers to ensure laser anneal process requirements are met. This role requires working closely with the Product Line Management group, Engineering, Account Management and the Service group in driving the right strategies at customer sites. This position requires strong leadership qualities, good verbal and written communication skills, and strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a working knowledge of laser anneal systems process, hardware and functions
- Engage closely with customer to develop applications and processes
- Solve process problems in straightforward situations and when needed reach out to service and engineering teams and drive to solution
- Maintain familiarity with alternate approaches and solutions through training and self-learning
- Ensure the team of process engineers are developing and following best known methods (BKMs) for process control, process development and continuous improvement and drive adoption of BKMs and new applications
- Drive tool and process improvements with a cross functional partnership with engineering and technology development teams
- Organize, carry-out and report on the progress of projects and other initiatives
- Present technical aspects of products to customers and sales channels
- Provides on-the-job training, education, and assistance to fellow team members both within the local team, company, for customers and partners
- Communicate and participate in technical trainings regularly with product lines to enhance professional knowledge and to gather up-to-date product information
- Assist in creation of Market Requirement Documents (MRD)
- Might require 25% travel.
Qualifications:
BS or BE degree in an Engineer/Science related field with at least 8 years of experience or an MS, MBE or MBA with 6 years of experience is required. Experience in front end processing and knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) is required.

The expected salary range for this position is $167,083 - $212,000 + bonus + benefits. When determining your pay, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
