OVERVIEW

Maintain accurate daily material flow for production, service depot, engineering, customer return, vendor return, and contract manufacturing needs.

Record inventory transactions in SAP each day so warehouse, production, finance, and shipping teams work from reliable data.

Pick, stage, receive, issue, pack, and ship materials in line with approved work instructions, inventory controls, and shipment requirements.

Complete assigned cycle counts and resolve count variances to protect Veeco’s inventory accuracy goals and fiscal-period cutoffs.

Prepare domestic and international shipments with the correct documentation, packaging, labeling, and handoff timing for carrier pickup.

Coordinate material moves between onsite and off-site warehouses so engineering, production, and lab teams have the parts they need.

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized through 5S workplace practices and daily security expectations.

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least two years of warehouse, inventory control, material handling, logistics, or related experience.

Current license or certification to operate material handling equipment, including forklift, reach truck, or stock picker.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work onsite in Haverhill, MA.

Ability to work overtime when business needs require it.

Experience recording inventory activity in an enterprise resource planning system; SAP experience is preferred.

Working knowledge of inventory controls, cycle counting, fiscal-period cutoff requirements, and warehouse transaction discipline.

Experience processing returned material authorization and material review board products is preferred.

Comfort using Microsoft Excel to review lists, counts, inventory data, and shipment details.

Clear written and verbal communication with production, quality, engineering, warehouse, and shipping partners.

Careful attention to documents, part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipment instructions to prevent material delays or misplacement.

Readiness to shift across receiving, picking, staging, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and material movement as priorities change.
Salary and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $39,749—$50,348, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
