Overview

• Provide leadership on technology and application trends, device inflections and act as catalyst to drive right product roadmap and product positioning. Contribute to new tool MRD
• Drive N+1, N+2 tool and feature requirements with contribution to MRD
• Maintain application share and drives share and TAM expansion
• Propose CIPs for tool improvement and address customer challenges
• Expertise on laser anneal and ion beam deposition and its application in logic and memory devices
• Drives customer engagement and strategy with country GM; take lead role in driving technology review meetings
• Provides clear competitive analysis and threats
• Expertise in understanding customer and device challenges and identify opportunities and position Veeco solutions. Develop cross product line expertise to strengthen Veeco position
• Expert in the advanced device process and integration
• Demonstrate leadership skills in driving cross functional teams and groups. Takes initiatives to address key problems and communicate internally and to customer
• Clear understanding of business requirements and ability to drive actions to positively impact Veeco business through collaboration with sales team

Qualifications

• MS / Phd in Electrical, Electronics, Physics, Materials Science with > 10yrs relevant experience. In case of Bachelors degree > 15yrs relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Thorough understanding of the Logic and Memory process integration from FEOL to BEOL
• Fluent communication in English
