We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Program Manager to lead our organization through a critical phase of upgrading our ERP platform.  This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of the ERP upgrade roadmap while standardizing processes companywide to increase efficiency, driving digital transformation, ensuring user adoption, and designing a scalable landscape to support the organization’s growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan for the ERP upgrade, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budge management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess system readiness, and identify potential risks and dependencies.
  • Lead the execution of the upgrade plan, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate the functionality and performance of the upgraded ERP system.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and configuration of the upgraded ERP environment.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the upgraded ERP platform.
  • Standardize business processes across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging the upgraded ERP platform’s capabilities to improve business processes and decision making.
  • Promote and ensure user adoption of the new ERP system through effective change management, training programs and continuous support.
  • Design a scalable ERP landscape that can support the organization’s future growth and evolving business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP processes, enhance system performance, and maximize the value derived from the upgraded platform.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related business field. Minimum of 12 years of project management and ERP program management experience.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinker.
  • Detail oriented, pays attention to detail during requirements gathering.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Self-directed with the ability to operate under limited supervision.
  • Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends.
  • Travel may be required (10%) – domestically and internationally

 

The expected salary range for this position is $127,908 - $153,489 + bonus + benefits.
