Overview:
Lead end-to-end supply chain and operations support functions to ensure continuity, efficiency, and compliance. Drive strategic initiatives in obsolescence management, process improvement, policy development, training, and supplier onboarding to support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Leadership
- Oversee Supply Chain and Operations business processes for capital equipment manufacturing across all global sites.
- Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and customer requirements.
Obsolescence Management
- Develop and maintain processes for identifying and mitigating risks related to obsolete parts and materials.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain managers to source replacements and manage lifecycle transitions.
Business Process Improvement
- Analyze current workflows and implement lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Establish KPIs and metrics for continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
Policy Creation & Compliance
- Define and enforce supply chain policies covering sourcing, quality, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
Training & Development
- Design and deliver training programs for supply chain staff on best practices, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Supplier Onboarding & Management
- Lead supplier qualification and onboarding processes, including risk assessment and change management.
- Build strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) and 10+ years of experience in supply chain leadership within capital equipment or complex manufacturing is required. Expertise in obsolescence management, supplier development, and process optimization along with a strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supplier collaboration platforms (e.g., Ariba) is also required.

Salary and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $155,000-$200,000, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
